K&N has done one thing great for many years. I agree it is not as good looking as Mopars, but its less money and makes more hp. The debate rages on but I have never heard it makes less, and for 100+ less I have used them many times. All the cars present on dyno day and I dont recall one mopar CAI. I did see a couple K&N but most where other vague brands

I have a feeling I already know the awnser but why didnt Chrysler go with a 180 stat if it makes that much more power??

Can I put the 180 stat in without the the car being retuned . and will it still help .

Not so much brand as type. This t stat is 1.630 long and 2.5+ wide. The only choice I found was to request a t stat for a 2005 stratus 3.0. All the 5.7 and 6.1 are dealer only and only option is 203
I looked through 40 box's to find a direct fit. I didnt care what brand at that point :-)
