Default Platform Factory Codes

The platform code lists, as reported on allpar.com., for the Challenger are as follows:

LC- Challenger (LC22) (2008-up)
LC- Challenger SRT8 (LC22) (2009-up)
LD- Challenger (2nd gen)

What is interesting is that the SRT platform is listed as a 2009 model. Does this mean that the 2008 model will be a limited run and not have an SRT?

Do you think this is reliable information...you did say Allpar?

Let's assume for a minute Allpar got one right. Could be that the SRT will not debut until 2009 but may not mean a limited run of the other models necessarily. That would be a bummer but certainly possible.
