If the Chall srt performs a little better straight line than the Charger srt then why is no one thinking that the Chall r/t will out perform the charger r/t? The charger in everything i've read goes 5.5 0-60 stock w/ a 340hp engine, the chall with higher output engine "will do 0-60 in under 6 sec". Any thoughts? I guess we'll soon see.

I said this in the video thread of that random dude who didnt know anything saying the 6 sec thing. I have said this before the challenger RT should do 0-60 in 5.1-5.3. Mark my words.

That's my guess as well. I know the r/t is not a carver but there are no road courses close to me anyway.

With the true limited slip rear in the RT it will have a real advantage over the SRT and it's open diff with brake modulation for traction. I can see this being very easy. On the other hand if there were a LS in the SRT it would definately be quicker.

Does anyone have a drag race calculator that would compare the quarter mile times of a 3.92 geared stock R/T versus a stock 3.06 geared SRT?
