Default Question before purchase

I have been lurking on forums and looking at R/T's for a while and I finally put a deposit down on a TorRed R/T 6spd. This is the first Challenger I actually looked under the back where the gas tank was and I saw some light overspray on the underside edges of the tank and sides of what I guess were the trailing arms. Is this normal? Are theses pieces on the car when the car is painted at the factory or could somthing have happened and it was repaired. The car was actually in the showroom and had 34 miles on it and there was not even as much as a nick or scratch anywhere else(I had a long time to look it over and the showroom lights show everything). There were no other Challengers in the showroom at the time or I would have looked under them, they are outside and I would have to drive to them(this is a big dealership). In hindsight, I should have looked under one of the Chargers or 300's but I didn't think of it at the time. Should this be a concern? Can someone look under their Car and let me know before I drive back to the dealer and check it out; I don't want to look silly.

Thanks in advance,

Carmen

Back in June ,before I picked up my 08 srt-8 I also looked under an srt-8 they had on the showroom floor and that one also had the same overspray on it. It must be the way they had em set up in the spray booth. The brighter colors seem to be the most notable because on my black one you really have to look for the overspray.

It really is hard to see on a dark car.

Mine has significant overspray underneath as well. Nothing to worry about.

I just looked at mine. Not a bit of overspray underneath. However, if other people have it, I wouldn't worry about it. Probably just the way the cars went through the painting process.

I noticed overspray on mine when I was changing out the cat-back.
