There is a Rapid Response Transmittal, dated Feb. 8, 2010, on power steering units on the Challenger SRT. The problem is that wheel returnability may be hampered during below freezing temperatures. The fix is to have dealers install external power steering coolers and return lines on cars not equipped with them from the factory. This will reduce the system's backpressure.
