spare
The Charger wheel will fit over the rear brakes but not the front. You have three options: 1. get spacers for the front, 2. if you get a flat on the front, move one of the rear tires forward and install the Charger wheel in its place, or 3. buy the proper size replacement wheel.
the SRT due to the brembos cant use it on the rear due to size difference and possible rear differential damage and the front is due to the size of the calipers.
did the charger SRT8 come with a 20" spare? do they even make a 20" spare? are the chargers Brembos as large as the challenger SRT8s brembos?
all questions that need to be asked before laying out cash
Thanks for the input guys. I figure I am down to two options; buy it from the dealer (ouch!) or touch base again with Mike, with RPS (Restoration Performance Center) in Scottsdale, AZ, he left a message that he has an aluminium wheel that will fit both front and back. Will keep you updated.
$500???? I paid about $150 for this kind of setup at Discount tires (the wheel is for a 300, so it says Chrysler). Eventually, though, I got tired of the full-size tire and wheel taking up all that space in the trunk and went ahead and got the mini-spare through Dodge.
