Unofficial Registry VIN Tracker
Hey everyone,
Venthos has added a new feature to the Unofficial Registry. If you have a car in the registry with a VIN number, and your car is in D1 status or better, you can check your VIN Vision using the "VinWIN" link at the top of the page. Ive tried it out and it gives the exact same info you get from VIN Vision.

Just build my car - It would be helpful to see movement to D status and then I'll track the progress. I hope Vin Win keeps us from annoying people like you can see on the 08 thread.
Tracking progress is critical so that I time my funding plan as well as sweep the garage (again & again)

Thank you, thank you, thank you. That's great information. My car moved to KZ and should be here on the 1st. We know that's not going to happen, because that is Labor Day. But, It's close. Thanks again.

Sorry Venthos i put mine in and it comes up as a 2009 Charger in black thasts going to Germany. My dealer and Chrysler in an E-mail confirmed that my order is in status D-1 and the Vin number is a good vin but nobody can check it on any Vin Vision site yet so I think Chrysler is lying and i'm not sure if your Vin Win is working correctly either. Plus there is no way for me to put in the full Vin number and i think its pulled right from my own registry but its shows a Charger in black to be delivered to Baltimore docks to go to Germany . I don't get it ..LOL. Fat Cat[sm=gears.gif]

It uses the same data as vinvision. It does indeed read your VIN from what you've listed next to your car on the registry. vinwin only needs your last 8, not the full 17 character VIN. Double check your VIN you've posted to the registry. I've yet to see it report incorrect data. The VIN you were provided may very well be for that Charger.
