JBA is looking for an 08 Challeneger located in Socal - preferbably in San Diego for R&D use. We are want to be able to produce a set of headers and exhaust system for the car and you enthusists out there. R&D customers are compensated for time we have the vehicle by setting them up with a set of headers or an exhaust system once the parts are out of production and released to the public. We will most likely need the vehicle for 2-3 weeks for R&D.

Not to be discouraging, but I think that you are going to have a very difficult time finding a Challenger owner who will want to be without his/her brand new vehicle for as long as two-three weeks. Most owners are going to want to be out driving every single day, save for a few who might be keeping them locked up in a garage for "preservation". Not to mention finding an owner of one of the special edition 2008 models that will want to have their vehicle torn into. Seems likely to me that a lot of folks will want to keep their Chally's in near stock "collectible" type condition, outside of some simpler "mods", at least early on.

Nothing personal, and Im waiting for the next years model but I sure as heck would not turn over a dream of a lifetime to someone to run it only God knows how hard and take apart portions of it.
If I were you and really wanted to get the info, buy one, do the testing you want and sell it. Seems like the easiest way.

When we bring in cars for R&D they ARE NOT DRIVEN beyond here in the parking lot - less than 500 feet. We take painstainking care of all customers vehicles and keep them stored indoors when not being worked on - we even work on them indoors at our facility.
