I think a copper color would look great. I don't think anyone has chosen deep water blue because it's really hard to get a feel for until you see it in person. It looks different in every pic I've seen. Also torred is 250% RED RED. Honestly if that car was any redder your eyes would bleed.

Hopefully I won't be able to afford to get one for a while and then when I can they'll have SUBLIME!!

Don't you mean inferno red?? TorRed seems to be closer to a Burgandy or Maroon.

Torred is the bright red and inferno red is the maroon shade.

Copper would be a great color - if they offered GoManGo Orange like the had on the Charger Daytonas I'd be all over that in a heartbeat.

What is the point in having so many red variations? Hemi-Orange, TorRed and Inferno Red. It seems they could have been a bit more diversified. Maybe it has something to do with the paint mixing process?

I have been inquiring (pressing) and it seems there will more colors coming for the SRT8 too. My "source" (cousin) is very elusive, but drops hints here and again. I am gonna scream at him if he doesn't share more. In any case, I did find out the palette (for the SRT8s) will expand as the 09+ production year draws on, and I do not believe the implication was "special runs". He muttered in the same breath something about ?400-600 nano meters?, but I am not sure what he was talking about? What the heck does nano meters have to do with anything? Any thoughts? Is that tech talk for more blues, reds? Chrysler employees, bah!

Maybe you cousin was talking about something like _this_?

Maybe he was trying to give you a clue about the next available colors.

whiteheat, visible light !?! oh gimme a break. You mean he was messing with my mind. [sm=laughat.gif]

ah, and maybe I just fell off the turnip truck, but that sure doesn't look like a specific color to me. It looks like the whole visible light thingie. Excluding the plethora of reds that are already about. I don't normally advocate violence, but I think it is time to do some serious arm twisting. This nano meter stuff is just not helpful, arrrhhhgggg. This is so frustrating. Are there any Chrysler employees out there willing to share some acurate info on stuff??? Geez, like what are we going to do with it? Sell it to China? Come on.

I'm going to go with Metallic Silver unless they come out with a dark green that I like.

Well, I don't know exactly what your cousin said to you, but if he mentioned 400nm he might've been suggesting "Plum Crazy." 400nm is violet and that looks pretty close to me!

600nm looks more like Hemi Orange. I'd like to see 570nm myself.
