As I've noted before, if need be, I'll get the badges off my '70 installed on the new one.
An interesting note: In the 1970s, a particular model of passenger bus that was used by Greyhound also was named Challenger and sported a logo on the dashboard virtually identical to the script on the Dodge cars. Unfortunately, I can't remember what company made the buses, but I wound up on one once between Kansas City and Tulsa.

As much as I like the old Challenger style logo, I think the new one should have one unique to itself. I don't like the idea of just re-using the old one.
Some of you may agree/disagree with me as well but I think the new Challenger deserves a BOLDER name plate, just like the new CHALLENGER plate

I agree. I like the new style. It's a new vehicle with new old look. It has to have its own style. When I give it to my son in 18 years it will be old to him. LOL

I'd be happy with either one to be honest. But between the two, I'd like the Bold Print version. Even though it is inspired from the classic, I think a new logo is more fitting. The cursive writing reminds me of Oldsmobile and I like bold writing for a bold car.

While I can give or take the Challenger logo (both are fine), it's the line of the car that is so darn appealing. However, I do like the Hemi badge...not a large, gaudy emblem, but just a nice little badge of honor that indicates its true character.
