Just out of curiosity, what is the last 8 of your vin and did you place your order 12/3? Shoot, fly to Detroit and drive back to Cali. I bought my Chally for a Dealer up in MI and I live in FL. I might just do the fly and drive...

After seeing one in person today i would do the same. What a good looking automobile!!! It took my breath away. It was Hemi-orange and looked better than the pics. It hurt a little that it wasn't mine but If I didn't have one on order i would have put a deposit on one right then. Everyone is going to be very pleased.
Best looking car to come out in 25 years. Jim

My 0138 Orange (not Baby Poop Brown for the ones that saw the picture yesterday) Challenger handels great!!! It is a joy to drive as it really sticks to the road with those 20's.

Also, it really turns heads. I did not expect this much attention. The interior was great surprise as the reviews I read made me think it had a low end look but it really has a good mix of chrome and stitched leather.

For the ones planning on ripping up the asphalt on the first day the care somes with a warning that it should be broken in for the first 500 miles. But hey it is just a warning.

This forum has been a great place to hang out for the last 4 months and I can't wait for the rest of you guys to get yours. I want to thank all of you for such a great place to hang out. I have really enjoyed it.

It does not matter if you get badge number 1 or 6400 you are going to love this car!!!

I hear you loud and clear, I feel for you, yours should be coming soon. I checked mine on the tracker and its still in the confirmation process I reckon. It hasn't made it to framing yet. You don't have to worry about being 6400 as that number has been assigned to me.

ok for the couple of you guys that actually took delivery of your Challenger, did they also put your build number on the Window Sticker too? Also did they put your name on the Sticker too as I know they did this with the Viper GTS when they came out.

I have a higher VIN than you Joani so i'll take the 6400# in the long run it will be worth more down the road and how coll would it be to own the very last 08 made.
