Update on the Approximately 800 Challengers that are on a shipping hold. The problem has been found and the Dodge engineers have a fix for the cars. The issue is a possible pinch point in the wiring harness that would short and cause the fuse to blow that operates the shifter for the automatic transmission. I would like to thank the Dodge quality team and engineers for catching and fixing this issue before more Challengers hit the streets. There are Approximately 500 cars at Windsor in storage and 300 at the Brampton Plant in storage and receiving the fix. The Plant has had the modification in place since 6/4 pm shift. Car’s will probably begin shipping tonight

 

Thank you BUDMAN, u are the man with the info. Maybe things will finally move along at full speed. I do love that BUD too. It is about the only thing getting some of us through this crap.

 

Great News!!!!! mine came in, only bummer is that its in Detroit and I'm in CA. It came in this morning. Another big suprise was the badge #. I got 0010/6400.
I'm trying to get it picked up tomorrow on a enclosed transport here. I was not expecting it today because the tracker still shows it in shipping.
