Here's news on some Silver Challengers....just outside of Washington DC near Upper Marlboro, MD, I passed a truck which had 1 silver Challenger on it. I was unable to get pictures, as it was heading the opposite direction, but it was definitely a silver Chally. I pick up my orange one sometime this weekend.
Speaking of, can anyone give me an idea/tip on how to find out what trucking company is taking my Challenger from the rail yard to the dealer? My dealer was of no help, and none of the truck companies I have called have been any help either.
BUDMAN, how did you manage to get into a rail yard to get pics of your car coming off the train?

Hey Budman I just wanted to say I dont know what you do for a liveing but I bet people love working with you .Thanks for all your help .

Anyone else having trouble with the dodge tracking site? I went to D1 on the 14th and the site still says talk to the dealer. Yeah, like that will do any good!! Jim

I have gave up on asking when my car geting here its been in inspection since monday and my dads car has been in shiping for ever . I thought my vin 8h289465 would mean I would get a low vin like Joani but we were both very wrong .I hope she gets her car anyday shes been such a sport about helping everyone . Ive been playing with my shelby so when I get my challenger here I can race them and see witch is faster .

Here's what happened (short version). I had been looking for a while to find one at MSRP or maybe 5000 over. I was out fishing one Saturday, They called
said they had two available, someone had ordered two and backed out(?). One was orange with everything, just like I wanted and at MSRP(!!!). So I gave the girl a deposit over the phone. I spoke with the girl again on Monday, everything was fine. She said a salesman would handle things from there. When I talked to him, he seemed to be telling me I was no. 3 on the list. I wasn't happy. They never would give me a VON number even though I ask several times, But they reassured me that I would get just like I wanted. So now he tells me "order received but not available for schedule to build". I think someone gave my car to someone else after I made a deposit. I am not happy. If I decide to get an 09 it wont be from them. I know they got one of the 08's in already. The dealer is Mike Patton in Lagrange Ga. If anyone can help, I will be glad to email my name, etc.
