Any idea why the phone support would have a completely different delivery date 2 weeks in advance? Or are they usually wrong, and just kinda guessing?

The phone support has no idea whatsoever. They run off of a clock that starts when the car goes to D1 status I believe and has no reflection of what is actually going on with your car.
