Hey Joani I sent you email saying that chrysler wrote me saying that my car should ship on the 29 of this month do you think Ill have to wait three more weeks ???

Who knows there have been to reports one stating it passed quality control on the 12th, the other on the 22nd, it was built on the 11th. Since then it's been in the famous dodge black hole. What a wonderful automobile manufacturer I purchased my middle age dream car from.
PS. they can deliver the car whenever they feel like it, it really doesn't matter. I've grown use to disappointment.

hey thier 70's guy you and I are in the same boat cars built same day then they kept going bak in forth from the 11 to the 22 dont know from day to day which date will show up on that damn tracker site of theirs

Could you please check 8h290311 Dads cars was built weeks before mine and is just seting as far as we know . I got 750 miles on my car now and its really comeing alive its almost time for the smokeing burnout

Hang in there 70sguy. I don't have mine yet, but have had the pleasure of driving Joani's. Like you have read over and over.....it will be worth the wait. Try not to let the frustration dampen your experience of owning 1 of only 6400 US Challengers for 2008. I have been researching and talking to my dealer since late 2006. It does seem like a long time, but I still smile every time I think about this car.
