I have both "http 1.1" options checked in my internet explorer settings. May want to see if that helps. Tools > Internet Options > Advanced Settings

Otherwise I can try check and post if you share dealer code and entire VIN.

I have MSN. Was not working for me either. Logged on with Internet Explorer and it went right through.
