I have been looking into options for other tires. Perhaps some 17's if I can fit them over the brembos.
I didnt plan on changing out tires yet but I will sooner then later now. The plug is holding until I get the new one. Seems odd pluggin' a F1 tire....

Curious to know how people have been breaking in thier SRT8s. Have you been babying them or driving the heck out of them? And also how you think it is affecting the learning curve of the PCM as far as seat of the pants feel?

 

I have been very careful during the break in. No burn outs, no high speeds.....

Not sure how long the breakin is so I was EZ on her for the frist 476mi then we went to the track and did 13.7 on the frist pass and 13.98 for about 5 or 6 more runs after that. On the road I have been behaving

 

My tuning advisor has suggested to break her in hard... so thats what Ive benn doing...

had my SRT Experience yesterday in Memphis. There was only 5 of us so we got a lot of 1 on 1 instruction and got some extra lap time. All I can say is AWSOME! I will be doing it again in future once they get a challenger.
