Sorry to hear, Joani. Those Cali cops are the worst. I have never heared of anyone getting a ticket here in Colorado for having tinted windoes. The cops have been known to pull over gang bangers just for an excuse but I have never even heard of a ticket. But as a dealership employee I am sure you know the tinting rules and would never exceed the limits (cough, cough). Can you fight it?

What"s up with the window tint ticket? Do they make you "fix" the car?

 

I was wondering that as well Joani. Do you just pay a fine, or get warned?

I have set next week up for side graphics, and converter install. I have added a few small items that I will post in the final results :-)
The nitrous kit is being installed for a photo shoot on the 21st of next month and then removed. I may have to take it to the track once before I remove it. RDP has come up with 3 half shaft choices. 600hp, 900hp and 1500hp. I will also have the new TCM black box by the end of next month. Then we can plug and play a better shifting transmission.

Been in St Louis for a week at a convention. 85 degrees and sunshine... thinking about how nice it would have been to be cruisin the streets of downtown... in the sunshine... zoomers echoing thru the streets... daydreaming of the Challenger waiting back home.

Back home now... 55 degrees... gray skies... drizzling rain... Went to the garage and fired up the Challenger just to listen to it rumble to life... the zoomers are definately sweet!! Good to be home.

i met steve saleen on saturday..they want to do some stuff to my car..i rally don't want to do anything else to it....
oooh yes i forgot i need to modify my nav system...it really sucks you have to be stopped to put in a address and or search.......tell me what you thin i can do???
i have a nav in my motor home and change it while i am driving so i know it can be done........
some of my guys were in irvine today and got to drive in a 6 speed manual trans challenger....they came back very excited over it....
