I am wondering if anyone has had the Dodge tracking site work for them. If your car is D1 or E or anything further along than D did it work?
It is clear that these cars are not being built by color, option package, or vin # order. That really only leaves a couple of options. The way I see it, the largest dealers in the regions are getting the cars first. It matters not about the customer and their loyalty to the brand in previous purchase, current ownership, or effort to get the car ordered on the very first day in order to help send a message that we wanted this car.

Yes it does show on the dodge tracking site, but it dosn't say its in E status, it says its in framing. The 800# told me it is in E status (that was after I had the guy in India transfer me to USA. The guy in India had no info.)
I'm just happy its moving!!!

Geeeee I am still looking at a 2009 Challenger if any of the dealers get one on the lots,,,I will
not order one and never see it like MOST that ordered a 2008........
And if I don't get the Challenger at INVOICE i will say screw it.......................
Dodge lied about the 0-60 and 1/4 mile.................
This car is at least 1000 pounds hevier the a Camaro or Stang and Vette........
So if even 100 pounds is 1/10 a secound slower and 1000 pounds is
ONE secound slower as in the Challenger
The Stang,Camaro and Vette will beat the Challenger in a 1/4 mile............
Numbers don't lie,,,The challenger is a freaking BRICK............
I really don't see many people running for these cars in 2009 or even in 2008..
The freaking dealers can keep their cars in their showrooms with the markups that MOST want.....
But I know what these freaking dealers will want,,they want to screw the public,,,and the ones on this
site that say its not true,then they are most likely dealers.......
With the prices of gas I am sure there will be alot more LESS demend for a V8
So I am sure many will be able to get a Vette ,Mustang Gt,Camaro at Invoice.If Dodge don't want to play the game....
they will be out of business with the canadian Hedge fund owners that own dodge........JT

BTW... not sure you got a single fact in your post correct, might want to do some research. Ohhhh yeah, your the same guy that came in calling everybody liars and cheats before, now I remember. Would you go into a grocery store and howl about how much peanut butter was? Saying how dare they expect to demand msrp for it?
These cars will sell. If they don't sell fast enough or in enough volume, their prices will be reduced to meet demand. This is not rocket science. It's not a conspiracy, it's commerce.
