The "unofficial" challenger tracker now has MikeSRT8 and Joani at Status "I"... any chance theses are being delivered... TODAY???

I just got off the phone with Chrysler and found that as of last Friday (5/09/08) I have made the jump from "C" to "D".
I consider it a quantum leap in the right direction after having been stuck in the "C" quagmire. Was given a tentative mid-June delivery.

Frustrated. Moved to "C" from "D" I called the Chrysler numer at 1 800 992 1997, but of course it just transfers me to a dial tone. I have a reference number from my last call. Does anyone have another number to call?

Every time that I call that number, they ask for one of three things. Phone number, reference number or VIN. Every time I would give the reference number, I would get shunted off to the dial tone, and the message that the call couldn't go through at that time. But since I started using the VIN, I've gotten right through to an honest-to god, English speaking human being that seemed more than eager to help.
Try using your VIN, and see if that really helps, or it's just a coincidence.

Same as you listed in your post (800) 992-1997. When they go through the first list of options, say "I'm calling about something else", and then when they ask about the 3 different numbers, give them your VIN.
