Yo Challenger folks, been an owner since Oct.08 with the purchase of a

great DWB R/T. Done a lot to it and have come down with a bad case of Modiphelia....

This causes chronic pain in the wallet...

I tried taking medication for it but the Doc says I am to far gone.....

I hear ya Latenite ! My wallet is still stinging from the initial outlay of cash just to bring mine home. It'll be a few more months before it heals enough to start moddin' but I already have a few things in mind .
I'm a newbie to this forum as well but honored to be the first to welcome you aboard. ! There's a wealth of info about your car posted here by many "veteran" members.
Regards from North Florida, Pat

dragontamer63;

Thanks for the welcome, was beginning to wonder if anyone noticed or if
the activity levels here are much different than I expected....

As to being new to Challenger, I have owned my R/T for almost two years
now and continue to enjoy driving it and answering questions from the many
folks who comment to me when seeing me at a convenience store or getting
gas, or at a Target, etc. I have some comical stories about those.

As to a wealth of info I also have been "collecting" this for the past couple
of years and have built a website to hold it all. I don't know all the rules
here if I can post it, but will look around to see what this site is all about
since I am on about 6-7 Challenger forums as well.

Yeah, as to modding your Challenger, I have done over 50 mod's so far from
minor to major and believe that I still have a ways to go yet...

Thanks for the welcome....

Your certainly well up on me in experience then. I just got mine a little over 3 weeks ago. Still has a little of that new car smell left in it yet.

I was about to throw down a little cash to get the Pistol Grip shifter that Hennessy's has on their online catalog until my darling niece tapped me for the repair bill for her car. Have to keep her on the road otherwise she loses her job and that would cost me even more in the long run lol.

I'm still waiting on the upgrade parts Dodge offered to come in. Got the sway bars, strut tower bar, cold air intake and the classic R/T graphics on the side. A few other little things just to chew up the balance of the $2000 they gave me.

Latenite1....welcome aboard.

This forum is high quality and has good people.

We started it about 2 weeks after the Challenger was introduced in January of 2006. Activity used to be real crazy but when we switched over to new software and server we lost a lot of members.

The forum is still a good place to visit and the people here respect each other.

Enjoy the forum!

Thanks for the Welcome and hopefully I will have more time in the future
to browse all the sites that support this great new car from Dodge. After
near two years, I still get excited driving it!
