I concur that Silver is a sweet looking color, and indeed is the fastest contrary to other posts.

As for looking for an SRT, don't be afraid to look outta state and have it shipped. MSRP is indeed possible on this car, you just have to spend the time to look. I live in WA and got mine from Salt Lake, MSRP. Good luck Bro!

 

My husband was looking at both the orange and the black Challengers. I said it had to be the black - black cars (especially the Challenger) are sexy and sinister - eye catching. And SUPER fast - Ask your wife or significant other - maybe that will help

We got lucky and our local dealer was great - SRT8 6speed - black with all the bells and whistles - I LOVE it just as much as he does. Good Luck in the search!!!! I attached a pic of our baby.

I asked my wife. She said white or nothing. (I'd considered getting one of any color and having it painted Plum Crazy. Odd she didn't agree with that.)

 

OK Roswell - I remember SE - but White? I thought Silver - being a Texas guy - I'm sure you did what your wife wanted, but just wanted to make sure. Not sure why she wouldn't want that Plum Crazy Purple (right).

 

I got a black R/T...my wife thought I should have gotten the red one....but black is wicked, really brings out the lines. She posted a pic of my car on her myspace and all of her friends said it is one hot car. Enough said!!!

 

AF - the positive is that your wife is happy now. This will be hard to believe, as much as I love our baby now, but in the "consideration" stage, my response was "yeah that is an awesome car, but do we really need to OWN one?" I know, I know - blasphemy. I LOVE it now!! It is one cool car - the boys in my school district (high school and administrators) are in awe[sm=drooldude.gif] It is one tough car - It is a hottie[sm=drlove.gif]

 

She's happy only because I bribed her with a new Pacifica...that sealed the deal

 

Just remember the two Golden rules of a happy marriage…
Rule # 1…The wife is always right
Rule # 2… Don’t forget rule number one…
(If you have a wife that loves the ne Challenger...you've got a real keeper)
