My dad had a few Coronet 318s and an Aspen with the slant six but that is it. Nothing really special like a Charger, Challenger, or any top option engines like the HEMI or 440.

if you look at the body lines, it is a 2 door wagon, and it looks like a pinto wagon...

Do you think these are homemade creations (someone taking a Challenger and a station wagon and putting them together)? Looks similar to the one I saw. What area were these cars from?

i dont know..i found them on google images...but notice, the advertisement is in french...they HAD to have been homemade, as i have found no documentation to suggest that they ever made an e-body wagon...

look at the roof and body lines of this pinto wagon...it looks similar to me

Their are a couple old mopars I wish I still had. The first being a 1974 Challenger I built my senior year with no financial help what so ever. Stripped it down in autoshop and built it from the ground up. Had a 360 in it that was built pretty well. It was the fastest car in my High School. Had lots of fun in that car. Sold it when I joined the Army because my recruiter didn't tell me that the Army would have shipped it to my duty station, and had no place to store it. My last Challenger was a basket case but I got it cheap. Ended up selling it because of the kids. Finaly the last one I wish I still had was a 72 Duster I had. I bought it for $500, it was a slant six car but had 65000 original miles on it. The funiest thing about that car was the front. It was 100% original sheet metal but had a 73 front clip from the factory. Unfortunantly 4 days after I bought it a guy in a truck ran a stop sign and I t boned him totaling my Duster. Those are the three I wish I had back.

Thanks for the info. This kind of reminds me of the "Family Truckster" from National Lampoon's Vacation.

The Pinto one. It's not too surprising though when you consider that the "Family Truckster" was basically a Ford LTD station wagon with a lot of tacky crap added to it.
