Ordered an '09 R/T - I'm on the "A" list guys!
 

Been a Ford girl all my life....got my first Dodge 2 years ago....of course the Charger R/T with my new favorite 4 letter word HEMI in it...lol!

I was able to convince a dealership to allow me the pleasure of taking a quick spin around the block in the first 2008 Challenger to hit the dealership 2 weeks ago (he was sweating bullets...because the car was already sold). It was love at first push of the start button! I came back and immediately placed my order for the 2009 model. However, with the gas guzzler fee on the SRT8...went with the R/T with the 6-speed....and every possible option available! Stone White with the R/T hood to fender stripes. My order was accepted the next day....and I am officially on the "A" list for the 2009 model. I will officially own one of the first production 6-speed Hemi's and I can't wait. I'm being told I may have delivery by end of August! My only problem...I'm in the process of completing a '70 resto-mod Mustang....oh what to drive today!?;)

Charger goes bye-bye when the "Challenger" arrives....but I'm sure it will be the easy choice!

Same here. Going to hate to see her go as she has been the best "new" car i have ever owned. I am sure the Chally will be a step up though. Got to love the Track Pack

You got that right! Did the lease on the Charger in wait for the Challenger....fell in love with it! Although...I'm sure they are going to hit me up on tire tread...lol! I would have bought a new Charger at the end of the lease if I didn't fall in love with the Challenger...but that's history now! I see you ordered the white also with the r/t stripes too! I got the new brochure today....my order has the remote start...but the brochure says it's not available with the 6-speed manual motor...no biggie as it will be parked once the salt hits the road, but besides that....I went with the works on this one! How about you?

Welcome. Can not believe he let you drive a sold car. If I were the owner, the deal would be off or I'd get a discount..

Thanx for the welcomes....and I couldn't believe he let me drive it either....come to find out, they got 5k unrefundable down and the guy bailed on the rest of the financing....needless to say...it was gone the next day...so noone to tick off
