It looks nice. Welcome to the site! The paint and rims aren't necessarily my style but that's just my dull taste anyways. It looks like you did a good job on it. Which engine do you have in there?

chip foose is a guy who designs custom cars...paint schemes and such. he is on the discovery channel alot. he has done alot of cars that corps, show, like the foose charger.
honestly, and i mean no offense to overboost, but i dont see anything special about him..hes a body shop guy, who got on TV and got big...very little of what he does impresses me. he was at autorama, and everyone was crowded around him...and later we saw him and amanda asked if i wanted to meet him, and i told her no.

Okay, I guess I don't watch that much TV then (or maybe it is because I didn't get cable until a year ago). I think I know what you mean. I like cars that look stock. I don't like big, fancy rims and paint jobs like that, no offense to overboost. The reason why is my Grandfather did that kind of stuff years ago. I'll tell you guys one of these days some of the things he did. He only did one thing that I liked.

ok well Chip did not build this car- although he is the designer. We are the builder of his '69 foose camaros and the challengers. You guys are correct though there are a lot of car purists that absolutley hate us. I like both the numbers matching frame up restos to the totally customized retro mods.
The motor is and Indy Cylinder Heads 426 hemi.

Forgot to tell you that October 14 we will be having a car show. Chip will be here as well as the cast from overhauling. It will be in Dallas- don't know if you will be close. If anyone is interested my email is gfaver@uniqueperformance.com. We will have silent auctions and other activies all proceeds will go to the Progeria research foundation. So everyone that can should come out and look at some hotrods and help a great cause.

Man I wish I owned the shop. I have been kinda all over the place metal fab/hhr project/foose prototype camaro project/camaro line supervisor/now purchasing manager.
