Default wheel and tire options

I need help. I recently purchased a 2010 Challenger R/T for my better half for Christmas. The sticker stated the car comes with Polished 20" wheels and Good Year tires. Like an idiot I didn't bother to check. When I got home (150 miles later) and realized the car has 18's with Continental tires, I called my salesman. Long story short, I took the car back to the dealership last week to have the wheel and tire combination replaced and they installed 20's with good years but when I washed the car yesterday the wheels appear to be chrome clad plastic covers over aluminum wheels. These came off a charger. Does anyone know what the wheels look like that I should have received? A picture would be helpful. Thew option code was 28M. Thanks.

chrome clad is the factory wheel unless SRT or other special model which can come with
styled alloy, i believe this is why the clads are a dime a dozen on the internet for sale.
i was actually looking at the RT wheels when i started to hunt for replacements for my SE
but when i found that they were clad decided against it.

Thanks for the information. I believe my car was special ordered by the dealership for the polished aluminum wheels. My big issue is that I am not getting what I paid for.
