Default Techco Supercharger going on

Well Techco finally sent me the required parts (sort of) for my install. I will still have to modify the intercooler waterpump bracket to fit, but its no big deal.
I have the car all torn down now, I even manged to find the mystery fastners on the fascia.
Today I managed to remove the intake manifold, radiator and bumper, and wiper assymbly.
Tomorrow I will install the pulleys and blower snout support and maybe get the crank drilled for the bottom pully.
I am looking to have most of the kit on by the weekend, if all goes well.

I have a few pics to post up in soon, I need to find the USB cable. The supercharger is on now. I am waiting for a new MAP sensor now. The MAP sensor that came on the supercharger was the wrong one, they are getting me the correct one and it should be here today.
So if everything goes well, I should have it on the road this weekend.

I will use the predator tune until I can get to a dyno for a real tune. But My MAP sensor did not show up today (big surprise there)
I will never use these guys again. Some of the worst customer service I have dealt with.

Well I finally got the supercharger all installed and hooked up. I installed the tune, and actually started the car. It has a very distinct sound at idle, but thats all it will do. As soon as I touch the throttle pedal the revs climb and will not come down.
I called Techco, they said it is the tune and I need a revised tune installed.
So it looks like I need to send the Predator back to them to install another map, that may or may not work.

Wow they really need to get their crap together before they start selling a kit. All of those bugs should have been worked out long before they even began to think about selling the kit. PS I hate the fact that these cars don't have a physical throttle cable... [:@]

It really is kind of scary, at least with a throttle cable, as long as it is not hung up on something, will shut down. This thing can do whatever it wants, whenever it wants.
Not to mention it just feels different.
Anyways, I will see what they tell me Monday.

Think about how a fighter pilot feels flying a fly by wire jet.
