Vortech?

Vortech?
Saw this bit of news when I was browsing around for supercharger information:

I've read some mixed reviews on some of the smaller supercharger companies - was doing some research.
Vortech always seemed like a respected name in the supercharging industry - anyone have some direct experience with them?

RE: Vortech?
This is actually the interesting section of what you found:
50-state emissions certification is planned. Currently, these systems are legal for vehicles that may never be used on public highways, off road use only.
Let's see: How many folks who paid at least $41,000 for a car would actually want something that makes it ILLEGAL for most uses????

I read that too... It doesn't bother me because I'll be getting a 2009 anyways - and I bet it's a high priority to get it certified ASAP.
Your point is valid -- and I bet they know it. Who is planning on making there newer Dodge illegal for road use? Not many.
I'm more interested in who has used Vortech here for other applications and what their experiences were... Let's assume they get the legal issue dealt with soon after this becomes a released product.
