Default General Motors to become Government Motors

I’m sure web based news reports will be out soon. I just heard on FOX News that the auto task force will be choosing GM board members and getting involved in product.

For those who claimed Nancy Pelosi will soon be legislating what type of vehicles we’ll be driving, people that I called Kooks please accept my apology.

Apparently, you haven’t been reading much about those running the formally great state of California and what they are doing….Kooks would be a good word (plus some others I will not use)

And people were afraid of what would happen if they followed the paths of the types of airliners and Donald Trump in filing for bankruptcy. Now look what is about to happen. The people who can't run our country right are going to run the ex-biggest car company. Be afraid, be very afraid.

Gov. is good for protecting us from outside forces and ensuring the will of the people as the constiution is written. I guess 1 out of 2 is not too bad. They sure don't need to get involved with private industry. They have congress in positions to oversee... I guess they were asleep at their watch and now want to really screw things up by taking over. Pandoras box is all I have to say.

So far the Government has done a good job at keeping us safe from our foreign enemies, let's hope that continues. I have no confidence in people who made their wealth by lying and stealing in a suit (lawyers). To make a successful business you must either specialize in a product that there is a significant demand for or be diverse in a variety of similar products. These fools do not want to understand that not everybody wants an Aveo, Volt, or Cruize.

Not so sure about the "ensuring the will of the people as the constitution is written". It appears as if many of our "leaders" (and I use that term very loosely) have forgotten what is in the Constitution...or have never read it.....The present leadership team doesn't seem to care what the people want or what's in the Constitution.
And as a personal note to Mr. President...We are and have always been a country based on Christian values as we are a Christian Nation.
And, don’t ever, and I mean ever, apologize for me, for being proud of my country. We are the greatest nation on earth which is one of the reasons why people from all over the world want to come and live here. I love my country and have no reason to apologize for that! (Stepping off my soap box now)
