New toy
Well, I went this weekend to my motorcycle dealer as they were having an open house and the factory victory truck there for demo rides. I rode 3, the Vision, the Hammer and the Kingpin. All great bikes. So the dealer had some 07's left over that they were blowing away. So they had a Kingpin for $4500 off MSRP which is dealer cost, plus they hooked me up as this is my 2nd bike from them. Plus it was being used for Bassani to show off their new 2 to 1 long pipe. They had a few vendors at the open house and these guys were one of them. So I got that at no extra cost and it was tuned.
I am still keeping my Triumph as now I can ride to different types. The nice sport bike carving the canyon, and the cruiser just to cruise and relax, plus the wife will ride on the back of this one. Here are the pics. Click to make bigger

Helluva deal. Keep us posted on maintenance, etc. After the Challenger, I look to get a used Vision (3yrs down the pike or so).
I like victory. Sweet ride, dude.

Looks very nice, TechmanBD! Are you going to make a new wallpaper picture at the bottom of your posts with it included next to your other bike soon?

RE: New toy
I wanted a Harley a few years ago along with several of my friends, but after a while and talking to a lot of people, I decided not to get one.
I used to ride motorcycles on the road and motocross.
Bottom line people told me, it is not if you fall but when.
After that I decided to get a car instead and it will be a Challenger.
Keep safe and enjoy.

RE: New toy
Thanks everyone for the compliments.
RLSH - I didn't do the picture originally, and don't have the software to do it. DevilsReject from dodgeforum did it.
DS - The Vision is awesome. If I had that kind of money and wanted a full tourer, that would be it. I have ridden a Goldwing and teh Vision is more comfortable for me. Well balanced, and was amazed with the u-turns. And turning at slow speed, alot easier than my Kingpin. They engineered a great bike there.
Jeremiah - I can understand that. I have been down once on the street, hurt like heck. Of course when out Dirtbike riding, I go down all the time, but really only 2 major ones. The worst was when I missed the double and hit teh face of the 2nd hump. [:'(]

The KingPin's got a lot of rake (probably accounting for the U-turns) and that's what gives it its hard core style. I understand the fit and finish on all the Victories is spot on. Yours is one sweet ride.
