I put in this link, the story was 2 pages and too long to copy and past here. Interesting article. And I would have to agree with what is said about what Cerberus will do. They will cut and make it profitable, then get out. That is what seems to be the trend right now. Private equity firms buy a company, make it profitable by any means, then sell. And I would think the union should be careful. They just may end up without a job period.
