Thank You
The term Hero is so over used today that it has almost lost it's true meaning. We label almost anyone a hero that has done something "out of the way", whether it be in sports, school, or whatever. That is until it's used to describe those who put on the uniform of this great nation and then place themselves in harm's way to protect and serve the nation and what it stands for. It is because of these individuals, that we can go about our lives without thought or worry about being placed in danger from some outside force.
That a few minutes from your fun this Memorial Day weekend to remember those that make it possible by putting their lives and plans on hold in order to protect and serve this great nation.
God bless all those that have...are...or will in the future serve and defend our nation and what it stands for. And, a very special thank you to those that paid the ultimate price so that we could enjoy all that America has to offer................you are not forgotten......not ever...
Thank You

Nicely said Joe! I would be sure to believe that any vet, inclusive of myself, would cringe at being thought of as any kind of hero. I am honored to have served, but am honored more so by those who gave their life for the defense of our lives and liberty. May they not ever be forgotten or what they did for our great country. I am grateful to them all!
