RE: Tropical Storm Fay?
It has mostly been raining here all day, with the stronger stuff this afternoon. They have been pretty much shutting down the bridges today. They do that with the winds over 40mph. We are just catching the more violent outer bands now, the stuff you see on the radars thats yellow and red. It will be fun tonight. Hopefully Fay will get to moving on and get out of here. She has screwed up the entire week and now the weekendlooks more of the same.

I've been getting it pretty bad with more to come, I'm located where the local weatherman says we are being trained to recieve the rain. I'm on the northwest side of Jax., where all of the red and yellow shows up on the radar screen. Getting ready for the next wave. I have 2 large oaks next to the garage with the challenger that keep making me nervous.
Weatherman says we should have another 36 hours of rain.

in direct proximity to where I live it's not deep, but Brevard County is 2/3 under water and it's STILL raining.Prolly will be till at least Saturday morning. We are lucky cuz our house(sub-division) is about 30' above sea level so it generally doesn't get flooded. But ya still can't be out there screwin around on the roads, know what I mean.

another free day for me again in St. Augustine, still hard rain and wind, off and on. We've gotten a few power surges in the last several hours, the power went off for maybe 5mins this morning. But that's great, a few guy's I work with live north of me on Vilano beach and there out of power all along A1A.
