I think the dealership received the car and jacked the price WAY up on the orderer after the fact. The guy who ordered the car wouldnt stand for it and now the dealership is trying to make a profit while offering another sacrificial lamb - who will buy an 09 from another dealership.
Would that be a wrong assessment?

So this guy waited since December 3rd of 07 for a car and he didnt reply to a call within 24 hours (or less - could be outa town on business OR on vacation) telling him his car was in so the Sales Manager is putting it out to the public? Seems pretty inconceivable that a reputable dealer would do that to a customer.

This is not just ANY 08 SRT... It was going to Jesse James, so it is extra special. I wonder if I gave 15K over if it would be faster?
I feel sorry for the guy who waited 8 months only to lose out. Did Jesse steal it from him and sell it to you?
