Default carburetor replacement

I am thinking of replacing my carburetor, any suggestions? Also, any advice on do-it-yourself installation of that car part. Thanks

That's a pretty open question...what size engine do you have, are you going from a 2 bbl to wanting a 4 bbl? Also, depending on what you want to do to the car in the future. You don't want to over carb the car...i.e., if you have a 318 you don't want an 850 cfm carb, a 600-750 would be more than enough. I like Holley carbs (the Holley 4150 600cfm ), which is what I"m running on my 318. Good luck!
