Sqeaky brakes

I have noticed this week my brakes squeaky in the morning. Seems to go away in the afternoon/evening. I assume it is just moisture on the brakes. Also, I do have some brake dust on my front wheels. Ideas?

My Lexus IS250 had a lot of brake dust because it had high friction pads, I changed over to an optional harder pad with less dust but braking was slightly degraded.
