Low Oil Pressure Switch

Anybody know what the low oil pressure switch comes on at? Say if your pressure is dropping, what would it drop to before the light would come on? I have a dodge challenger and am just wondering about that.

Why is my oil pressure low coming on each time I let off of the gas? It tells me to stop engine, as
soon as I give it has the light goes off and it's fine.

Is it necessary to replace oil pressure switch?
