Default torque converter doesnt lock

i only have 150 miles on my new challenger, but i noticed that the torque converter doesnt lock up. The rpms are around 2000 at 60 mph and i can tell that it is slipping and not locked. the dealer said that it needs more miles for every thing to break in and i will give it some more miles before i get excited about it, but i was wondering if anybody else had this happen to them?

You wont feel much at topend with the lock up theory on the 722.6

It's much like GM's PWM theory, and applies at different degrees in each gear.

i am not sure i understand what you are saying. what do you mean top end? Is it going to lock up cruising at 60 mph? i am not familiar with GM's PWM theory.
