So far (only 2021 miles as of yesterday) its been regularly between 17mpg and 18mpg, but that is because I drive almost all winding back roads to and from my office.
When I've taken it exclusively on a couple I-5 freeway trips its gotten about 21mpg.
I'm trying a couple different brand of gas, out here my Chev Tahoe gets 1 to 2mpg better with Union 76 Unleaded+ then it does with Chevron Unleaded+. May seem strange to you all but I tested it on my Tahoe when gas cost over $4/gallon on several controlled trips up and down I-5 within days of each other (had to go to and from Portland-Seattle 3 times in a 10 day period and got the same results each time). I mention it because I've been mainly using Chevron Unleaded+ in my Challenger (the station is closer to my route to work) so I don't know if it would have the same positive effects if I used Union 76 Unleaded+ or Super.

21.8 mpg @75mph
I was bucking a bit of a crossing headwind though. I also was climbing a little in elevation. The trip was Dallas to Lubbock.
I'll be headed back on Sun and the wind is supposed to be out of the north west. Hopefully it'll be a little better.
BTW- did you notice much performance improvement from the K&N drop in filter?
Their website doesn't boast any HP increases for it but I know the one I put in my CTD Ram made a major improvement.
Not sure about the power. But I did notice the engine rev faster going though the gears in my 6 speed. So I guess it does breaths better.

Cool deal!!!
Well here's an update on my mileage.
I drove home from Lubbock today. I had a 35-45 mph tail wind during the first 100 miles. With that tail wind my mileage on the EVIC showed 24.9 MPH at the highest point. I was traveling south/south east during that time. Then I picked up I-20 east and had a cross wind the rest of the 340 mile drive. I had a slight drop in elevation most of the way and when I got to my home town I ended up with 24.1 showing on the EVIC. I stopped and filled up, the manual calculation showed 23.6 MPH.
Granted the EVIC could be off a little or the way I filled up could have filled the tank slightly more than the last time but we're pretty close.
Anyway I guess I need another long trip with no wind or elevation changes to get another reading but the average from the evic comes out to 22.95. Not what I hoped for but considering I'm driving the 375HP car of my childhood dreams I find that to still be pretty darn good!!!
Especially when you consider that my first car was a used 1970 purple Duster with gray primer patches all over it and a very under powered 225 slant 6 that got 17mpg.
Oh I left out that it only had an AM radio,. well until I did the awesome modification of adding the under dash 8 track tape player. Fortunately for me the only tape I had (Led Zepplin II) lasted me as long as the car did!!

Ahhh the old 8-track days. We were on the cutting edge of technology. And those large cases that housed those tunes of yesteryear. Mine fit nicely between my two front buckets, when my girl friend was'nt riding with me.

In my '70 Challenger, I mounted the 8-track inside the glove compartment. The back wall of the glove compartment was made out of something resembling black cardboard, which was easy to poke a hole through for the wiring. And, yes, it was hot-wired into the cigarette lighter.
