If you meant "Motor Trend C.O.T.Y..." I'm afraid I haven't taken that the least bit seriously for the last several years... probably about the time they named the butt-ugly Shamu-mobile Caprice Classic for their COTY for 1991.
Of course, in addition to that whale-like wonder, they also had the Chevy Citation, Dodge Omni, Dodge Aspen... and if I'm not mistaken, the AMC Pacer was once the COTY also.
