RE: Sorry Mopar, This Challenger lacks "It"
Basically it goes like this, people are going to buy what they buy and be blind to everythign else. It comes down to loyalty. Interior is a big thing to some people, other people only see the body. Solid rear axel is a big thing to some people, other people only see the body and a nicer ride on an older person. *wink, wink* Some people are just so blind that they don't care what the vehicle looks like, they'll buy it no matter what, Ford owners come to mind on that with the F-150 that was a box on wheels in these recent past years.
People buy what they buy because they like it. People don't buy what they don't buy because they don't like it. That's the amazing thing we have around here in this country, choice. We have a choice of where to spend our money and some money are chosing not to put it into the economy right now because we don't have it since prices are so high on everything, other people have the money to do it and are going to do it. Arguing interior, looks, speed, engine, transmission, faster or slower then this or that is not going to change any person's mind once they made it up. The only thing that might change someone's mind is if something better came out. For example, a Charger is brought out that is retro and everything is perfect, which is impossible because there will always be some complaint.
To wrap this up, you like what you like and you don't like what you don't like. You decide what people make by what you buy, you decide what people change by what you buy, you don't like it, don't buy it, you do, keep buying it and nothing will change. Mustang is an example. Popularity is starting to die off so now they are changing it. Only you/we can decided and even then it may be limited, but it will envoke a change.
