I'll have to admit I like the R/T. With the bump up to 375 HP for the 6-speed. I really feel this is a good package. With a few bolt ons I could equal the SRT-8 in pony power. But not the total package... just HP. I like the hood with no stripes and it just screams my name. I really think I'll get the R/T unless they bump the SRT-8 up in power. A black R/T to go with my 71 R/T. A ying/yang kind of thang.( Sorry it just rhymed). I am really impressed with the forethought Dodge has put into the Challenger offerings. But I'm not ruling out an SRT-8 and my son is thinking hard about trading his Daytona in for a new 2009 SRT-8 Challenger 6-speed.
