RE: RT or SRT
I have been thinking SRT8 all along and I am still trying desperately to hold on to that feeling, but alas, my pocket book too has a hard time coughing up 45K. THe R/T will probably come in around 39K with all the fix'ins, so aside from the interior detailing and the extra braking/suspension/etc - I think I have to give the R/T real consideration.
As with everyone else, if I do not get the color I want however - this is all for not. I will not spend 35+K for a color I do not really like. There is more to any car than just the power plant, the whole package has to work together. I am hoping Chrysler will figure this out sooner rather than later. In a way I think they have, the RT seems to be the most popluar among forums I am reading - it is almost like they are quietly trying to dissuade people from buying SRT8's. What do you think? Some CAFE thing?? Dun'kno
