Going Backwards: BX to BG Status
I called Customer Service, yesterday, to find out the status of my May 16 2009 SRT order (800-992-1997). Note- All you need is your VON number.
I discovered that many of us, myself included, have gone from BX (order accepted ready for scheduling to BG (ordered accepted not available for scheduling). This is because of the monthly SRT allocations that the dealers receive. If a large dealer took 25 orders for SRTs, for example, in May and received only received 10 SRTs allocation for June, he would only be able to fill 10 orders and the remaining 15 would revert to BG status until next month's allocation.
