I ordered a SRT8 Orange, auto and everything else but sunroof last sat. MSRP no deposit, I offered $1000 but they told me its not needed.
I have a order sheet of some kind that the dealer gave me. He assured me that the order would be submitted with my name on the order and would have a VON soon.
It shows order status "BA" Priority code 99 and no vin or von.
I called my salesman again for a few minutes yesterday confirming that I want to be there when it comes off the trailer and we dont put any kind of dealer sticker on it. He said no problem but it could be spring before its here,, fall at the earliest which means spring is fine with me as long as it DOES get built as ordered.
He told me he would get back to me in the next week or so with a VON but hearing the things I do about the future and monthly allotments has me wondering whats up.
Im not going to go in and raise a stink this early,, Im just trying to get info or should I double order with another dealer and cancel the other after I get a VON??
