Wallstreetman, I doubt that DCX is really going to check our forum for pricing ideas. The Z06 costs around $70,000, $50,000 wouldn't be out of line for 510 hp. If they do offer the 6.4L (which I'm doubting), don't expect it to be affordable. It would be a low production engine in a low production model.
Bored out, the primary reason why the GT500s are selling that high is the initall price hike isn't over yet. It is very new yet. Wait a couple years, it will eventually calm down.
I wouldn't be surprised if dealerships did install 6.4Ls. They have done that stuff in the past. I just hope state enforced emission standards don't screw up our chances of getting one.
