Apparently, jh27, the computer has to "learn" to do this. It may take a few attempts to get it to work properly. Also, you have to click at the right pace -- not too fast or too slow. Stand where you can see both door locks. Click once and release. When the driver's door lock pops up, click again and release. When the passenger door's lock pops up, click again and hold down. That should roll down the windows for you.

Everything considered, it's something you'll probably never use, unless maybe if your car is sitting out in the sun in the summertime and you want to let some of the hot air out before you get in. I think they put the feature on the car just because they could.
