Default RE: My Shaker N-96 1970 Challenger R/T

yes, its a street animal! Its built for Torque and makes good H.P. MoparMuscle Magazine will be doing a sixpack dyno test in an upcoming issue. The R/T is currently at the shop and they had a rep from the magazine there,(they had their Project Valiant done there), and my car was run on the dyno after installing promax six pack metering blocks. It will be in that issue complete with dyno numbers and engine specs. As far as how it rides and drives on the street, it has a very "stiff" suspension with RoadRace torsion bars chromemoly lower control arm studs with black poly bushings and sway bars front and rear with Edelbrock IAS shocks, it corners very well, flat with little body roll! BTW with manual 20:1 FirmFeel box,and a 4-speed, it can be a handful and violent at low speed, just the way I like it!I have driven many Vipers and even though this wouldnt hold a candle to one, It drives like an older viper with a massive torque curve and pulls like its nobodys business
