Default 71 grille and stripe

Realized that if someone made a classic one piece stripe for the challenger it'd take care of the ram issue for those who hate it, you'd need a flat piece to replace it with though.

Nice photoshop Justin, although I like the grill better than the stripe.

Something tells me that grille will be available as an aftermarket part. . . probably the stripe too.

I always preferred the '70 grille. That's why I'm glad they changed it from the concept model. The strips is cool, though, but it needs a big R/T toward the front. Maybe just behind the front edge of the hood.

Nice job. Love the grille. I can't wait to see what the aftermarket starts bringing out for the Challys. Stripes, grilles, rims, and of course the performance parts.

Does anybody know if they got any LT headers yet? Wonder how much those will $$.

Can you photoshop in a '71 Cuda style grille in that picture, maybe the gills also.
I also think a nice block letter DODGE or something across the top front would look good

One thing on the '71-style grille: I read that one reason they changed the concept's grille was that it didn't perform well in wind-tunnel tests. Apparently, the design on it created some kind of a vortex right in front of the car, which is part of the reason they went with the flat, '70-looking grille. That's something to keep in mind if someone does come out with an aftermarket product.

My understanding was they changed the grill to get rid of the crosshairs b.c it was ugly and made some modifications to how the top overhang fit/put together with the lights and grill and such b.c of too much up draft at high speeds. This is also why they added the front lip spoiler.
