R/T for the best of the best bad boy, and if they build a stripped down V6 model just plain challenger, or mid grade with smaller V8 possibly S/E package.

R/T for the proper period touch but to let Herb Helbig and the SRT crew loose on this.

I want the the base V6 to either have no badge or be labeled SE-why do base models have to have names now?-, SXT for the 5.7L with lower output and no luxury options, the T/A for the sake of tradition for a higher flowing exhaust with luxury options standard (such as leather), traditional R/T for the 6.1L model, and the SRT-8 model have the 6.4L if they decide to offer it.

I agree and think SE or no label should be on the car. If you got a a V-6 Challenger then don't fancy it up.

I know about the heritage of the deputy model, but where did the western sport special come from? Was that you own creation?

I still stick with SE or no badge for the V6 but a deputy badge for a lower output HEMI would be excellent.

The ultimate Challenger (big Hemi) should be tagged with the R/T name plate. Don't insult the name sake of the Challenger by adding or calling it something else. Use the same guidelines that were used in the 70's when the different trim packages were added.
